Dear Sujan,
This letter is to share with you a very interesting event. And this is my visit to the Bangla Academy book fair. I went to visit the fair of this year yesterday.
You know I’m a book lover and visiting book fair is my passion. I reached the fair at 4 p.m. in the afternoon and entered the main fair area. About five hundred stalls and pavilions were set up displaying books. There were also stalls of food, drinks, different toys, clay things for children and fancy goods. Thousands of people crowded there but there was notable discipline everywhere. Some were buying books; some were looking for desired books and some going by overlooking this or that book. Everywhere was a touch of festival. I wandered about the entire fair zone for about two hours and purchased my long-awaited books listed previously. At evening, I enjoyed cultural function at the Academy premises what impressed me highly.
At about 8 p.m. I left fair for home hopping to come back again next year.
No more today. Waiting to hear from you.
Lovingly yours
Shakil
