How to Improve in English

English is the most widely spoken and used language in the world. As it is a foreign language, many people find it difficult to learn as well as have command over it. But anybody can improve his skill in English. For this, a person has to be determined to do something better in future by the help of the proficiency in English.
To improve skill in English, first, a person is to learn some words every day. Then, he/she will read English newspapers daily and note the difficult words, terms and phrases with meaning in a notebook. Next, he/she should speak English everyday with his friends, relatives and family members and even with himself while alone without any hesitation. After that, he/she has to listen to the TV news in English, especially, the B.B.C. news regularly. Finally, he/she will apply his earned knowledge and techniques in all four skills- listening, reading, writing and speaking. In this way, a person will be able to improve his/her command over English day by day.
