Dear Sir,
With great sorrow, I would like to inform you that I booked a ticket to go to Sylhet with your reputed travel agency Sohag Paribahan. But due to some unavoidable circumstances I am not able to visit Sylhet for the time being. So I want to cancel the booking of the fixed date October 25. Noted that my seat no. for the sleeping coach was B-3.

I hope you will heartily accept my request as I am informing you, as per the rule of the agency, three days before the scheduled time.
