Dear Sir,
We, the students of class XII of your college, draw your attention to the fact that our classes were greatly disrupted due to political unrest throughout the country for the last three months. The anti-government movement by the opponent parties led the country to long-standing distress of hartal, blockade, strike and other destructive activities. And during these periods, we had classes for less than a week. As a result, our preparation was also hampered.
Now situation is improved. Classes are being held as usual form the last week. Now, our test examination is supposed to be held from 30 November. If it starts a week later, the students will be greatly benefited.
In view of this reason, we earnestly request you to reschedule the exam from the second week of December so that students have scope to take a thorough preparation for the test.
