Dear Sir,
With due respect, I most humbly beg to state that I am a regular student of class xi in science group in your college. During my admission, I took Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as my elective subjects. I thought I would get highest grade in Mathematics and cut a better figure in the examination. But after attending classes few weeks, I find Mathematics very difficult and lose interest in it. So, changing this subject is very essential.
Now upon discussion with my father and teacher, I have decided that I would take up Biology in place of Mathematics. Besides, Biology is always my favorite subject.
In this situation, I pray that you would kindly permit me to change my elective subject so that I can continue my study with full concentration and make a good result in the examination.

Most respectfully I beg to state that I am a regular student of class xi in Commerce group in your college. During my admission, I took Business Policy and Practice, Accounting and Statistics as my elective subjects. I hoped I would get higher grade in statistics as I am confident in case of other subjects. But after attending classes some days, I find Statistics very difficult and lose interest in it. So, it is very essential to change this subject.
Now, upon consultation with my teacher, I have decided that I would take up Finance and Marketing in place of Statistics.
In this situation, I pray that you would kindly give me permission to change my elective subject mentioned above and thus help me to continue my study without any obstacle.
