Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of your school, beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that ours is a renowned school but we have no common room. The students spend their leisure and off-periods aimlessly either by gossiping or wandering about here and there or making a noise. This hampers the classes and causes to break discipline of the school. But if there were a common room, they could have a rest and get relief from the routine bound classes playing different indoor games and reading newspaper and magazine. But unfortunately, our students do not get this facility for want of a common room.
So, it is very necessary to set up a common room in the school which is also an integral part of an educational institution.
May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would take necessary steps to set up a common room immediately and thus oblige.
