Sir,
Most respectfully, I would like to inform you that my home district is Khulna and I was a student of class xii in Khan Jahan Ali Ideal College in Khulna. I was going on with my studies there as usual. But my father who is an NGO officer has recently been transferred from Khulna to Dhaka office. He has already joined his new office and, in the meantime, our family has also shifted to a rented house at Sukrabad alongside this college. Now, there is no other alternative to changing my college and,in accordance with the decision of my family,I intend to get myself admitted in your college.
Noted that I obtained GPA-5 in the S.S.C. examination. My transfer certificate of the former school has been enclosed herewith.
Therefore, I hope that your honor would be kind enough to grant my prayer and give permission of my admission in this reputed college so that I can continue my session without any interruption.
