Subject: Prayer for opening a common room.
Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of your college, most respectfully beg to draw your kind attention to the fact we are suffering greatly for want of a common room in our college. A common room is an integral part of an educational institution. It is also a suitable place for refreshment, recreation and enjoyment by playing different indoor games and reading newspaper and magazine after boredom of the routine-bound classes. But we are deprived of these facilities. As a result students spend their leisure and off-periods aimlessly either by gossiping or roaming or making a noise. This often disturbs the classes and causes to break discipline of the college.
So, it is very essential to open a common room in the college so that students can make the best use of their off periods and continue taking part in the class with a mind full of freshness.
I, therefore, pray that your honor would be gracious enough to take necessary steps to set up a common room immediately and remove a long-standing problem of the college.
