Sir,
We, the students of your college, humbly beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that the common room of our college is not well-furnished and it lacks many modern facilities. We do not have much scope of entertainment during off periods. For this, it is very essential to provide materials for indoor games such as carom, chess, table tennis etc. Besides, Only a daily newspaper is supplied. We also need an English daily and a number of magazines to be supplied on regular basis which are very important sources of knowledge and entertainment.
Moreover, water supply in the common is not sufficient. Only one fan is on work. At least three more fans should be set up to make the common room comfortable.
We, therefore, pray that your honor would be gracious enough to look into our problems and take urgent step to upgrade our common room to a modern one.
