Dear Sir,
We, the students of your school, beg to bring to your kind notice the fact that there is flood water all around us. Everywhere is lamentation for food, drinking water, cloth, medicine and shelter. We think it is high time we stood by the flood-stricken people. So, we have planned to open a relief camp in the school compound to run relief activities.
We like to mention that we have already collected some clothes, foods and cash money and want to continue our collection from the solvent and the unaffected areas.
We, therefore, earnestly request you to give us permission and help us to go on with our relief works using our school ground.
