Sir,
I have the honor to state that I was a student of your school during the session 2010-2014. I took part in the last S.S.C examination from your school from science group and passed with a brilliant result (Golden GPA-5). My roll no is 054136 and registration no. is 526341. Now, I have intended to get myself admitted in a college. So, I need a testimonial from you.
Noted that, I was a regular student. I was also an active member of the school debating club and the English language club and was regular in taking part in different extra-curricular activities. Moreover, I had always tried to comply with the rules and regulations of the school.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly issue me a testimonial referring my character and other activities during my stay in the school.
