I most humbly beg to state that my father is a farmer. Due to crop failure this year, our family passed a very hard time during the last few months. So I could not pay my tuition fees due time in July and August. This is why, delay fine has been charged on me. Now I am in a position to clear up my fees but paying the fine is a burden upon my family.
In this situation I would be grateful to you if you kindly exempt me from paying the delay fine and take the usual fees only.
