Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that my father is a small businessman and he had been seriously ill for about a month. He was under treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital for a long time. For this reason, I could not pay my tuition fees due time for the last two months. This is why, delay fine has been charged on me. But, now I am in a position to clear up my fees.
May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly remit my fixed delay fine and permit me to pay the usual fees only.
