Sir,
We, the students of your school, wish to draw your kind attention to the fact that the recent devastating flood has grasped almost the whole area of our union. Now the miseries of common people know no bound. Suffering from want of food, shelter, medicine and even drinking water, they are leading subhuman life. In this situation, we have decided to open a relief camp in our school so that we can help the victims by collecting relief goods from various sources.
We think our school is the most suitable place in this locality to run relief activity and it is our sacred duty to stand by the flood affected people as soon as possible. Now we need your permission, help and cooperation to start our relief campaign.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly give us permission and play an active role so that we can open a relief camp in the school campus and thus help the flood victims.
