Sir,
We, the students of your school, beg to draw your attention to the fact that there is no common room in our school. A common room is a suitable place for recreation and refreshment after routine-bound classes. But in want of a common room, we are deprived of this facility. As a result, the students roam about here and there during their leisure and off-periods. This often breaks the discipline of the school. So we acutely feel the necessity of setting up a common room in our school.
May We, therefore, pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up a common room immediately and oblige thereby.
