Most respectfully, I beg to inform you that I have been studying in your school since 2013. My father worked as a clerk in a multinational company in Dhaka. Recently, he has changed his job and joined as an NGO officer at the district office in Chittagong this month. My family has already shifted to our new residence near my father’s new workplace. So, as my family decided, I have to change my school and for this, I need a transfer certificate from you.
Contextually, I never thought of changing this reputed school. But now I am not in a state to live beyond my family. Noted that I have cleared up all of my fees.
May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly issue a transfer certificate for me and thus oblige.
