I most humbly beg to state that I have been studying in your school since 2011. My father is a secondary school teacher. Recently he has got retired and My family is going to shift to our village home shortly. So, as my family decided, I have to change my school and for this, I need a transfer certificate from you.
Contextually, I never thought of changing this reputed school. But now I am not in a state to live beyond my family. Noted that I have cleared up all of my fees.
In this situation, I pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
