Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of your school, beg to draw your attention to the fact that we have a big library in our school but the facilities provided in the library are not sufficient. It lacks some essential books such as, science fiction, travel-story, popular story books by the famous writers. Besides, no journal is supplied for us. Moreover, reading space is not enough. So, we also need two more reading tables and a ceiling fan to meet up our increasing demand.
May I, therefore, pray that you would take urgent step to provide us the facilities stated above and thus oblige.
