Sir,
We, the students of your school, humbly beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that there is a big common room in our school but it is not well-furnished. We do not get any modern facilities from it. We have no facilities for indoor games like table-tennis, carom or chess for our entertainment. There is also no TV set or computer with internet connection in it which are the essential sources of knowledge, information and pleasure in the modern age. Moreover, We need an English daily and a number of magazines to be supplied regularly. Sitting arrangement is also not sufficient for so many students. It needs to be improved.
May we, therefore, pray that you would consider our problems with sympathy and take necessary steps to modernize our common room providing with the facilities.
