Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that that I came to school as usual and took part in the classes of the last two periods. But now I am badly in attacked of fever and headache. In this situation, it is impossible on my part to stay in the class any longer. So, I need leave for rest of the periods.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be gracious enough to grant my prayer and thus oblige.
